How Jugabeach house distinguishes itself
- We would like to iterate our house lies directly at the beach. Some advertisements for other houses mention "sea view" but this term may be misleading, most houses are not actually located at the beach.
- Jugabeach house is only one out of a few other beach houses in the resort that lie directly on the main beach.
- All houses in the resort are obliged to have an identical outside appearance, each house has its own unique interior though. Jugabeach house was built in 2020 based upon an evolved and modern concept with bigger bedrooms, separated toilets etc. resulting in a much more enjoyable experience.

Notes
- For longer periods please use the contact form.
- The daily rate does not include electricity as not all guests use the air conditioning system. Electricity is rated at 5 THB per KWh.
- A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.
- Payments in euro are subject to an official exchange rate in vigour on the date of transfer.
- House cleaning occurs three times a week during two hours (kitchen dishes not included).
